There is a different between having a nuclear programme and being a nuclear weapons state. Almost every country in the world has some kind of nuclear programme for all kind of civilian purposes (science, medicine, commercial ventures, energy), but very few can develop nucelar weapons.

Iran is already building a heavy-water nuclear reactor in Arak, IR-40, which produces around 12 kgs of plutonium annually which is enough for two atomic bombs per year if Iran reprocesses the plutonium it gains from this reactor.

About the club of nuclear nations, the IAEA recognizes Iran as a nuclear state. Iran has fully mastered the nuclear fuel cycle since 2006. Again, you have to read agency reports.

And the second paragraph is where it shows you have the potential to be a good comedian. Only few countries in the world have even peaceful indigenous nuclear programs. Few countries in the world can produce radioactive pharmaceuticals or separate the isotopes they need for radio-therapy. Even if Iran doesn't have nuclear weapons, it does have the ability to build dirty bombs and depleted uranium bombs, dirty bombs will make the region they hit inhabitable for decades, the only difference is that it's not going to vaporize a large area but the radiations will surely cause cancer and catastrophe for decades.
