Obama Administration considers Pakistan-fomented terror in Kashmir as terrorism.

I certain that India doesn't give a hoot what the United State's view on Kashmir is. I was responding to Centcom's claim that together, the USA and Pakistan is close to wiping out terrorism in Pakistan
