Erdogan's speech at UN about conflicts in Muslim world

Turkey’s President Erdogan says the UN hasn’t solved the world’s conflicts in a press meeting ahead of the UN General Assembly.

The speech just over 30 minutes ago, he mentioned Syria, Palestine, Kashmir, Rohingya, and Afghanistan.

Erdogan has a point.

The Security Council is stuck in the past and increasingly doesn't make sense. The veto has led to impasse on issues like Palestine, Syria, Rohingyas while Kashmir isn't even brought up despite several Security Council resolutions. These are all issues related to the Muslim world and we lack representation.

That's why I said start with education. It will remove barriers like language and culture. Things will sort themselves out when you have a generation with a same mindset.

From 26:40, You can listen to Turkey's position on the Kashmir issue.

Although there are much harsher phrases throughout the speech, I would also like to inform you that some of them have been omitted or softened in the English translation. Entire speech is a summary of the current Turkish foreign policy, I recommend that you listen to the entire speech if interested about Turkish theses.

Thoroughly listened. But Turkey is right now divided between two parties, does the other major party, which I think is a Kemalist, share the same views?

Pakistan and Turkey always had good relations even during the Kamalist/dictator's rule so shut up and stop spreading disinformation.

Does the ruling party care the interests of Turks and Turkey?

You get the place you wonder when the answers are expressed.
