I didn't follow the whole thread (or should I say troll-fest). I don't understand why this section attracts so many trolls. We're allready busy with fighting with our own citizens from time to time, so please mind you own business.

As for the meeting today. We're apparently getting a Chine nuclear reactor, which the Chinese will finance them self and we're going to set up a industrial zone (probably tax free) in the Uighur populated regions, which is good for the Chinese and us, since we can produce cheap goods there and the Chinese are probably glad because no one else is investing in that region and they also know that well-fed citizens are better citizens then starving. I.e. they won't revolt.

I totally agree on this one..If that Nuclear Plant tender goes to China, i will be delighted..First that military exercise with China we held here in Turkey and now this, some powerhouses will certainly get mad

Turkey repressing Kurds and calling freedom for Uighurs is a matter of double standards.

So is the anti-Israel rhetoric after killing of 9 innocent Turkish citizens and not doing anything concrete.

Turks need to understand that no matter what they do, US (which controls the EU) will not allow it's entry to EU.

Any sane mind would understand that the future is Asia, specifically China. We should stop focusing on the negative side of Uighur issue and instead help the area as it has been proposed in Erdogan's visit. Turkey and China has so much to win from close friendship. China, Turkey and Pakistan, there is an alliance. Once Pakistan can get rid of corruption and stand stronger, what is there to stop this prospect?
