Sending Turkish NATO Troops to Libya .... means that the Egyptian Army will show his Flag up to 1000 KMs from the international Boarders inside Libya .... to Protect Barka Region and it’s residents in Eastern Libya from being Slaughtered by Turkish NATO Troops and Turkish backed Militia.
This is a must done action due to :
1- social reasons (links between clans in both sides of the boarders) .

2- Security reasons ( Many Egyptian terrorists are included in the Turkish backed Militia in Tripoli committed terroristic attacks in Egypt like slaughtering Coptic Egyptians in Libya , Assassinating the Egyptian Attorney General and assassination trial for the Egyptian Ministry of Interior.
( that leads to Egyptian Air strikes against Terrorists Camps in Eastern Libya before the LNA controlling of the area)

3 - Military Reasons ( NATO Troops (Turkey) will be in a neighboring country which is a military threat and will require Russian actions .... so Egypt will not let the things to Slip down between the 2 elephants NATO & Russia in the vicinity of Egypt) .... so that requires actions from Egypt to let the both elephants know that this step is not approved ..... and Egypt is neutral.

During WWI Egypt was under UK occupation ... it is not Ottman any more .... Ottmans allowed UK to take control of Egypt hoping not to repeat the risk of Istanbul invasion by the Egyptians .... and UK occupation was indeed in 1923 after the war except for Military Bases in the Canal region ( just like the NATO Bases in Turkey now).
