Did you read my link you are sharing a link that is saying the same thing no Turkish minority. 4.7% in 1936 sense then kadafe made sure no minorities having one of the great grandparents as a Turkish soldiers doesn't qualify as Turkish fact is why would the Turkish minority (1 in 5) speak any language other than Turkish.
