BTW, I also hope Turkey establishes healthy ties with the Iraqi and Syrian Kurds.

We already have excellent ties with Iraqi Kurdistan and the Barzani government. We even had (have) a military garrison and base in Iraqi Kurdistan traning their military and supplying them. North Iraq is being build anew by Turkish construction companies and they are one of our biggest export partners today.
