In the beginning of the Arab spring there was no Taliban nor ISIS in Syria. The opposition were local Syrians. The US dragged Turkey into the Syria war and then gave up on the buffer zone. Then the power vaccuum was gradually filled up by ISIS in the last 1.5 years or so. My theory is that the US created the Syria war to drag Russia and Iran into the Syria swamp.

There was no ISIS in 2013. Local Syrians are not jihadists. If the US agreed on the no-fly zone all the local Syrian rebels who weren't extremist but moderate would have a very large chunk at the moment. That buffer zone could be used to punch Assad out. The war would have been over by now.

Turkey is not a highschool kid. Your ruling establishment thinks it can recreate the ottomon empire. Turkish establishment is playing an exact same role which Pakistan played during the 1980s war and many call it Afghan Jihad.

I have to agree with you on this. Pakistanis are perhaps the most neutral Muslim population in this conflict and are generally both pro KSA, Iran, and Turkey. But on the Syrian conflict many, like me, dont like foreign anti Asad movements. Turkey screwed up.

If Pakistan can keep its terrorist within its borders than countries like Turkey and Syria won't be having problems with ISIS or similar groups. Majority of ISIS fighters come from Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc. Turkey supports rebel forces who fight against ISIS and your kind. Unfortunately the Syria problem won't be solved until Assad is removed who is the cause of extremism. At the same time Turkey has to implement measures to stop Pakistani from joining ISIS.
