Emulate Pakistan’s policy of non-interference in Afghanistan: Sartaj Aziz

Ameen to that, we are much better off without Afghanis.

Since we have a red button for a specific enemy, Afghanistan isn't the 'strategic belly' anymore.

If they play foul, smash them with full force, let them and Indians mingle by denying India a direct transit.

Chicken will come back to roost when Indians try to coexist with its former masters without Pakistan inbetween.

It's like a Jealous ex-boyfriend stating adamantly that he is totally over his ex-grilfriend, but can't bear her to see her in the arms of another man.

@Capt.Popeye

If Pakistan is a non interventionist player in Afghanistan then Amrita Rao and Bipasha Basu will jump in bed with me

Well; I wish you luck then.....
Just as I wish our 'sarhad-paar' colleagues; with their "non-interventionist, non-invasive" intellectuals like Sartaj.
But when the same "old story" gets unbelievable and loses its audience, then a "new spin" has to be injected into it. That is what Sartaj is trying to do, bless him!

Well then, he's a woefully inept spinster, I could do a better job of it given half an hour and a bottle of sherry. They may dislike their own intellectuals like Najam and co., but those folks have the right idea about Af-Pak and have elucidated said ideas plenty of times. 2014 comes and Karzai looks about as nervous as Bryant is when he's about to take a shot, that is to say not perturbed at all, if anything he's busy twisting Unkil's tail and laughing. Pakistan's leaders need to understand that every one from the Americans, to the Iranians and even their patron China is not on board with their views regarding Af and ergo no amount of spin is going to get them out of their predicament.

Advisor to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign affairs Sartaj Aziz on Saturday called on countries like India and Iran to emulate Pakistan’s stated policy of non-interference in Afghanistan and not to fight proxy wars.
