It can be once it can fit more ppl. Currently only G7 cartel get to go to the ISS. China will allow the weak to have a chance. Once the monopoly is broken, we Chinese tend to democratise the tech and make it affirdable to all, in Chinese it is called cabbagedization. Well i won't get into details on what it means but most Chinese understood how tech became affordable once any Chinese competition goes in

Most of the other countries are just space tourists mate. I am talking about real long term participation, it is only open to those G7 nations.
