Agrawal gone and with him probably more Indians out the door from that outfit.
Efficient US managers don't like how Indians run companies in Silicon Valley.
Indians only get those top spots because the workforce is mostly Indian.
@RiazHaq bhai, am I too off the mark here?
What many bhakts in India don't get is that these top spots expire every two/three years even without a calamity which Musk brought in.
That's why these top folks get paid these above average salaries.
Boards get re-shuffled routinely with top players gone.
But Agrawal did not get paid all that much compared to other CEOs. He was making about a Million a year - which is nothing.
Meanwhile his feckless little town in Rajasthan he came from calls him "More powerful than presidents and PMs".
Draw your own conclusions....
For his cringe, Twitter is the best placeOh I get it, it's still cringe-worthy tho.
N1, some of the liberal meltdowns over it have been hilarious
For Agrawal, there will be many more companies than twitter may have Agrwals. SUNDER pichai resigned many times from google and every time he was convinced to stay with much bigger package and position. His last year's remuneration was as much as 10 pc of health budget of BD. Don't get too excited. Indians are vital part of world's skilled manpower which is indispensable. We don't go abroad to be a taxi driver or chef.
In a long list of brain fart moves, the pseudo genius paid at least $24 billion more than the value of a struggling twitter.
Musk is the embodiment of failing up
He is not a savior, it is good old hustling.Go to some of the conservative forums and you will see that many of them are talking about him like he's their savior

Every class from every country goes to the US. There are taxi drivers and chefs from India just like there is from Bangladesh - just visit NYC.
And there is Bangladeshi Middle and Upper Middle class too all over the US - just like Indian middle class H1B's. Bangladeshi numbers are of course much smaller than Indian ones in all categories - considering Bangladesh has an eighth of India's population.
This is obvious to everyone, except some clueless folks.
He fired all the directors. He started the first round of 25% layoffs. In a long list of brain fart moves, the pseudo genius paid at least $24 billion more than the value of a struggling twitter.
