So as of now, the dissenting note is only for the procedure.

The dissenting judges are of the opinion that the LHC is hearing the case, and it is sorting the matter out, and it has said elections to be held in 90 days, so no need for SC to get into this.

They did not dissent to the actual topic at hand, which is elections in 90 days, powers of president, and the responsibility of the governor and ECP.

Forget the order, I am more interested what do the 2 dissenting judges think and why the heck did they dissent.

Dissension is not against the elections being held within 90 days fyi. Do read the dissenting notes if you can. It had to do with the fact the LHC had already decided to make the case unaddressable before the SC. They did not say anywhere that the elections can be delayed etc. The issue was the LHC orders were being ignored. In a way, its a major win.

3-2 Split decision doesn't prove that establishment is now neutral. There can be still people who do not bow down in the face of threats. The People like Azam Swait. There is absolutely no doubt that establishment is against PTI.

Establishment / agencies are still trying to stop IK from coming to power.
