Elected governments failed Pakistan: Musharraf

Again trolling.

Like I said before, please report me to Mods/Admins and let them decide rather than calling me a troll again and again with a childish reptitiveness.

I asked for your valuable suggestions... since you declared supporting Musharraf disastrous.

Suggestions for what? "help us" is as vague as your rant about power generation and the price of sugar.

No need to take the discussion to different level.

I agree with this, but why don't you define the discussion we are having in this thread for me once again please for clarity's sake.

I don't even know if you are Pakistani, you sound more from across the border rather than an American or Pakistani.

LOL! So if I do not agree with your myopic view, I must be an indian?

I am not the topic of discussion here, so I will refrain from describing myself. Please rest assured that I was born and raised in Pakistan, served that country to the best of my abilities, just like my previous generation, and am now a proud and happy US citizen. And, I love BOTH countries. :D

And yes if you can't contribute in positive way than refrain from issuing confusing prophecies.

My predictions are very likely not confusing those who can understand what I am saying. My contributions to PDF have, and will remain, as positive as I can make them, for as long as I am allowed to make them.

You know Indian always have evidence before crime but it does not help them to prove any thing.

What has that statement got anything to do with this thread and our discussion?

You are taking the classic approach of attacking me, the person, since you cannot discuss my thoughts and ideas in a coherent way.

I would suggest to you that it is telling everyone reading this way more about you than me. :D

I am very confused here. Some Pakistanis seem to be in favor of Musharraf, some outrightly hate him and most are confused, adding to my confusion. Few days ago someone started a thread comparing Musharraf with Iran's president and saying how great Iran's president was and how Pakistan need's one like that. Last year or so there was a video going around how Musharraf single handedly selflessly defended Pakistan at the conference in India. So what's going on ? Why are Pakistanis so confused and contradictory ?

what kind of question is this? There are over 175-180 million Pakistanis ---we aren't linear-minded robots. Different people have different political views and aspirations.

especially nowdays people are divided on certain issues; though regardless of political affiliation I do have a feeling Pakistanis are at the same time more united and patriotic than they ever have been in their history

i could ask you why 1/3 of your country is marxist while 2/3 is either pro congress or pro hindutva/RSS/BJP or whatever it is

Did it occur to you that this could actually be an INTELLIGENT DEBATE amongst free thinking patriots, or do you think that only Indians can engage in such an activity?

Musharaf also failed himself and whole country. Whats new to him if this government is failing???

You may look towards people who brought Pakistan to the level it is today or you may vote for somebody who is really capable.

Intelligent debate, what's that ? :D

Sorry for the interruption, I was too impulsive about the question to go through the thread.

I understand that Pakistani's are not linear robots and have different line of thoughts, but mostly from what I've observed the general Pakistani public opinion has always been a similar one, and from time to time the general opinion has contradicted itself (not individual opinions).

Musharraf threads generally have complete negative opinion when he says something against AQ Khan and completely positive when he says something people like to hear. It feels like a complete U turn of sorts.

Anyways, Carry on.

^^^ Oh I intend to carry on as best as I can, make no mistake about it! :D
