That's not how news reporting works. It's a business. Their customers are looking for channels that give them news that matter the most. News that are interesting. They show what ever news is most interesting. Do note that BBC does not form the entire british media. Most British media not state run and is always quick to point out anything interesting, regardless if it's against Britain or what ever, they don't care. They just want the story out. As far as British society being broken, all of that is regularly reported. Infact that's what gets the most airtime anyways. The Indian rape stories are a small part of their news headlines. They are not specifically targeting anyone. And Indian media is free to start airing stories about problems faced by the british...But they won't, their audience are concerned about what's happening in India. And that's what Indian media airs. But then there's people like you as well, so for that they do also play that finger pointing thing...That's one thing the British doesn't do. You point out a problem with their society, they acknowledge it and try to fix it. You point out a problem with India, Indians go nuts, ban documentaries and start comparing other countries instead.
That's the difference between an educated and an uneducated country. Same with Pakistan as well...They are no different.
