why do they wear sandel on a patrol??

Burma is a shit country where there are numerous groups of gunmen without control by their central govt. Central troops have no ration and no shoes. Burma is a country where many ethnic people live without intermingling with each other. This dumb country must be taught a good lesson for cruelty against their own Muslim citizens, who have been living in Arakan for more than 600 years.

A separation of Arakan from the rest of jungle Burma is the only way to teach the super-Barmans a lesson. Arakan militias are doing their best to reach the ultimate goal. Arakan is rich in gas, oil and minerals. It can survive on uts own. Then, of course, joining BD at an opportune time will be their second choice. [/QUOTE]

Inside Story of NAF War between Bangladesh vs Myanmer. -

"Naf is a bordering river between Bangladesh and Myanmar. Upper Naf has about 12 branches of smaller river. In 1966, Pakistan and Burma concluded a treaty agreeing that none of the countries will train the Naf river or branches of rivers . With the natural shifting of depth of river the demarcation of boundary between the countries will shift. When I took over as DG BDR I was told that 28 hundred acres TOTAL DIP OF BANGLADESH had been grabbed by Myanmar by shifting the depth of Naf river by building dams, groans and spars on the stewaries of main Naf river taking advantage of 1966 treaty. Suddenly, Myanmar started building dam on the last branches of Naf river, if completed whole TAKNAF would go into the sea. We protested but in-vain. Myanmar didn't stop. To protect the building side Myanmar deployed two divisions Army under command two major generals one from army and another from Navy. We positioned 2500 BDR troops under DDG BDR and kept the command directly under me. In one night, I moved 25 lac different types of ammunition and bombs in Cox's Bazar. Kept half in Cox's Bazar and sent half to the war positions. On 1st January 2000 at about 2.30 pm, I gave order for firing and the offensive strick was on. It lasted for 3 days in which 600 Myanmar army soldiers were killed. The war was live broadcasted by reporters Z. I. Mamun and Supan Roy on Ekushey Television. On 4th January, Myanmar's Head of the State Senior General Than Shwe call all the diplomats in Rangoon telling them that, Myanmar wants no war with Bangladesh. Cease fire was effected and a letter came from Myanmar govt saying, "We invite a delegation from Bangladesh to discuss all outstanding matters between two countries without any preconditions". Negotiation started under joint secretary (political affairs) Janibul Haque of the Ministry of Home Affairs, who headed the Bangladesh delegation in Myanmar. During the bilateral talks, Myanmar side was so wrought-up that they didn't even provide typewriters. And the treaty was signed on hand written documents. Myanmar dismantle the dam, thus we could save Teknaf from being lost into the Bay of Bengal. We defeated Myanmar's forces completely with no loss of life from our side. This is in nutshell about NAF WAR."

It was General Fazlur Rahman during whose tenure as BDR Chief, 97 IA troops were killed by his forces in 2001 in Kurigram. He is a national hero. But, the BNP govt. sacked him when it came to power. We need dedicated people like him. I understand our military/BGB are full of talented and brave Jawans who will not fear death in times of war against either Burma or India. I salute Gen. Fazlur Rahman and those who fought against the coward Burmese in 2000. Our fearless BGB troops are enough to teach the Burmese a good lesson.

Myanmar’s Buddhist terrorism problem-

The country’s Rohingya minority is one of the most persecuted groups in the world.

February 18, 2015 2:00AM ET

by Usaid Siddiqui

On Feb. 11, Myanmar’s President Thein Sein rescinded a voting rights offer to the country’s Rohingya community amid intense pressure from far-right Buddhist groups. Last week hundreds of Buddhists took to the streets to denounce the continuation of a 2010 law that extended the right to vote to the country’s more than 1 million ethnic Rohingya. Myanmar does not regardthe minority group as citizens.

The violence directed toward the Muslim Rohingya community has been characterized in the media as Buddhism’s terrorism problem. However, the faith-based portrayal of the Rohingya crisis devalues the political and social nuances necessary to understanding the conflict.

The ‘Burmese bin Laden’
The Rohingya are one of the most persecuted groups in the world. Stripped of citizenship in the 1980s, the Rohingya have been a subject of frequent racist propaganda and blistering violence. For years numerous human rights organizations have documented the persecution of the Rohingya in Myanmar’s northern Rakhine state. The community continues to live under constant threats, with few legal rights.

The campaign against the Rohingya and Muslims in Myanmar is spearheaded by controversial monk Ashin Wirathu. Once referred to as the “Burmese bin Laden,” he is the leader of an ultranationalist group called 969, which opposes the growth of Islam in Myanmar. He was jailed in 2003 for inciting hatred and stirring sectarian clashes and released in 2010.

Wirathu has warned against an impending Muslim takeover of Myanmar. In 2012 the rape of a Buddhist woman in northern Rakhine led to violent attacks that left dozens of civilians dead and more than 125,000 Rohingya and other Muslims displaced. Human Rights Watch described the humanitarian crisis as “ethnic cleansing.”

Myanmar’s government and local authorities have long been complicit in the violence against the Rohingya and other minority groups. “Burmese officials, community leaders and Buddhist monks organized and encouraged ethnic Arakanese backed by state security forces to conduct coordinated attacks on Muslim neighborhoods and villages in October 2012 to terrorize and forcibly relocate the population,” HRW said in a detailed report in 2013. “Included in the death toll were 28 children who were hacked to death, including 13 under age 5. ”

Wirathu justified the violence saying the Rohingya were planning to establish an Islamic state in Rakhine. He has since urged non-Muslims to boycott Muslim shops and avoid doing business with Muslims. “Your purchases spent in their shops will benefit the enemy,” Wirathu said in a 2013 YouTube video. “So do business with only shops with 969 signs.”

‘Discrimination against a Rohingya or any other religious minority does not express the kind of country that Burma wants to be.’
President Barack Obama

The Rohingya-Buddhist conflict in Rakhine dates to the 17th century. The animosity between Muslims and Buddhists in western Myanmar has roots in a history of successive invasions by the British and Muslims. “Rakhine identity … has been partially built around a feeling of being besieged (and conquered) by Muslim kingdoms to the west and Burman (Buddhist but ethnically different) kingdoms to the east,” according to Oxford University researcher Matthew J. Walton.

Walton is not alone in highlighting the political nature of this conflict. “It’s more about politics,” former United Nations Ambassador Nyunt Maung Shein said of the conflict in 2013. “It is not due to a crisis of religion … It is a political play, not due to the discrimination and religion.”

In 1982 authorities in Myanmar stripped the Rohingya of Burmese nationality under the country’s Citizenship Law, often referring to them as “resident foreigners” and “Bengalis.” The move was part of the ruling elite’s xenophobic refusal to recognize other ethnicities, including ethnic Chinese minorities. Ironically, Gen. Ne Win’s government, which promulgated the law, was famous for its socialist program and lack of clear interest in promoting the edicts of Buddhism. Meanwhile, the lack of international spotlight has allowed radical monks such as Wirathu to legitimize their vitriolic rhetoric, ethnic cleansing and massacres against Rohingya.

The negligence and blatant collusion of the Burmese state and its policies is far more problematic than demonization campaigns by ultra-Buddhist nationalist groups. The existence of contentious legislation such as the Citizenship Law means the Rohingya will continue to remain stateless, with few to no legal rights.

Meek responses
Over the last few years, entire villages inhibited by Rohingya Muslims have been razed or forcibly displaced. Amid the coverage of conflicts in Syria, Nigeria and Ukraine, the Rohingya crisis has received scant mainstream media attention. Myanmar’s opposition leader and democracy icon Aung San Suu Kyi has been mum on the issue, perhaps deterred by the growing tensions between the majority Buddhist population and the minority Muslim community.

Similarly, President Barack Obama, who has visited the country twice in the last seven years, has been meek in his response, refusing to openly condemn Myanmar’s failure to end the violence.

“Discrimination against a Rohingya or any other religious minority … does not express the kind of country that Burma over the long term wants to be,” Obama said during a trip to Myanmar last year. His use of the word Rohingya was considered a bold gesture and resulted in street protests there.

Minority radical monks have used Buddhism to promote violence against the Rohingya. However, not all Buddhists are promoting religious intolerance. For example, the Dalai Lama has unequivocally condemned extremist monkssuch as Wirathu and Myanmar’s leaders for failing to end the attacks against Muslims. Besides, a closer look at the Rohingya crisis reveals a checkered and complicated history that goes beyond a religious spat.

Burmese activists and leaders such as Suu Kyi must stand up for the human rights of the Rohingya community. In the face of such travesties, the international community must also break its silence and pressure Thein Sein to protect religious and ethnic minorities in Myanmar.

BD people always want a good relationship with Burma. But, the Burmese forum members always ill mouth us and call us blacks when they themselves are a race who look very near to monkey. BD forum members are just responding to their bad mouthing at an opportune time.
But you are black. And ugly. And look like monkeys. Have you not taken a look around?

I don't really care what name you call us. It's amusing coming from the mouths of the little brown people we hire to unblock our sewers and drain our septic tanks.

By nature how you looks like that is non of our concern. Our main concern is respect. We have eared it . You can not say @bluesky black. We know what is our color. It means u r not civilized. u r racist. If some people call u monkey that is their fault that is why u can;t blame as a whole . We treat Myanmar as a neighbor country but in one hand foe state in an another hand diplomatic relation.

Myanmar can't defeat us. It is crystal clear. But i know Myanmar will not quit in this debate.

Adding- There are many issues arise at a time. 1st is rohiga problem. That is our problem too. We will not compromise with Myanmar in this case, where they are killing our brothers and sisters randomly. There are two solution for that-

1- Arakan belongs to the Rohiga muslims, historically it is truth , till now.
2- Myanmar have to get preparation for war a war what will happen in near future.

The Myanmar army launched attacks on Rohingya Muslim villages over the weekend (Photo from October)
The Myanmar army says it shot dead at least 25 people in Rohingya Muslim villages in restive Rakhine state on Sunday.

It said the people killed had been armed with machetes and wooden clubs.

On Saturday, the army launched attacks with helicopter gunships on Rohingya villages in Rakhine. Eight people, including two soldiers, died.

The attacks were "clearance operations" targeting armed militants, the army said.

Images and videos on social media showed women and children were among those killed.

Hundreds of villagers were forced to flee their homes over the weekend.

There's no independent media access to northern Rakhine State, so the official accounts must be read critically.

If you're to believe the army version you have to accept that Rohingya men armed only with "wooden clubs and machetes" would launch attacks on soldiers equipped with guns.

You also have to accept the idea that the Rohingya are setting fire to their own homes, making themselves intentionally homeless.

State media report that the Rohingya torched 130 homes on Sunday in order to "cause misunderstanding and tension" and get international aid.

There's a very different narrative on Rohingya social media. Again it should be viewed critically, in the past the Rohingya have exaggerated alleged atrocities.

The Rohingya images and videos from this last weekend show dead women and children and people fleeing burning homes. Helicopter gunships fly overhead. Some of it is certainly genuine.

The security forces in Rakhine are controlled by the army not the country's de-facto leader Aung San Suu Kyi.

But the former Nobel peace prize winner is conspicuously silent. So far she's refused diplomats' demands for a credible independent investigation into events.

Rakhine has been under military lockdown since last month, after nine policemen were killed by insurgents in a series of attacks on border posts.

The state is home to more than a million Rohingya Muslims, who are not recognised as Myanmar citizens.

Tens of thousands are living in temporary camps, after being displaced during fighting with majority Buddhists in 2012 which left scores dead.

The Rohingya are disliked by many in Myanmar, who consider them illegal immigrants from Bangladesh, despite many having lived in the country for generations.

Rights groups say the Rohingya population has been subject to severe restrictions on movement and are denied the most basic of human rights.

Helicopter gunships from the Rohingya Muslim village opened fire event acknowledged Myanmar's government. According to state media, the armies of the two soldiers and six attackers were killed in an ambush in the helicopter were brought.

Several villages were burning in northern Rakhine state have reported. Human Rights Watch published the picture turns out, some villages were burned to ashes. The agency says at least 430 buildings were damaged. Rohingya activists say the government is trying to drive out the Muslim minority villages.

The BBC's Jonah Fisher says Myanmar, Yangon, is a popular choice among the army attacked the Rohingya. He said the country's Rohingya barmijadera Many people do not like, and see them as illegal immigrants from Bangladesh.

The government did not allow journalists to enter the Burmese state of Rakhine. As a result of the collision is not possible to verify independently. According to the official statement, a group of people on Saturday armies firearms, attacked with knives and spears. At one stage, about 500 people took a stand against the armies of the two helicopter gunships and troops to help the refugees from the village were shot.

Brad Adams, Asia director at Human Rights Watch, says the large-scale destruction of the new film is released; Which is much higher than previous concepts. Aung San Suu Kyi, Myanmar's government-led violence in search of the attackers are described as `oeration clearance.

Our religion has as much influence on armed force of pakistan as your Hanuman has on your hanuman Army. Go read our Military doctrine once again

Chapter 2 of PART XII of the Constitution of Pakistan defines the purpose of the Army along with the other parts of the Armed Forces as:

"The Armed Forces shall, under the directions of the Federal Government, defend Pakistan against external aggression or threat of war, and, subject to law, act in aid of civil power when called upon to do so"

So Quit your mental masturbations and propoganda fed by your Hanuman Minister. We have got Sikhs, Chritians even hindus serving in our armed forces.
