US suspension of delivery of weapons systems including MA-1 Abrams Tanks, what is Egypt's plans would they ask Russians or would they look else where but europe is also not interested in selling them after US the only countries left are Russia, Pakistan, S. Korea. @Anas Ali got any information on second options.

Jordan, do they have Tank program?, Ukraine you mean T-80UD/T-84...
Realistic options in my opinion could be Russia or China with russia seem to be more realistic, T-91S is good enough to replace number of T-54/T55 if egypt land forces think they want to go the path of high tech otherwise there is would not be much room in future to modernize current tanks to turn them into even heavily modernized T-72s, these modernisations should only be good enough for a decade or so. Although egypt loves M1s but putting all eggs in one basket is not a wise decision.

The Egyptian military is proficient in upgrading its Soviet era weaponry and has done so for the past 40+ years with the cooperation of western as well as former Soviet Block nations. Reintroducing these tanks to front line service wouldn't be a logical choice considering the M1 outclasses all of them outstandingly (even the base model does), the M60A3 also serves valiantly in the mechanized divisions and will be upgraded to the standard above in order to expand its service life.

Both the MBT's you've mentioned are inferior to the M1.

You may call them inferior but they can be upgraded with the help of certain western nations provided those western nations are willing to and US do not pressure them. That discussion remains if T-90S/T-99 is inferior to US international version upgrades of M60 and or M1 base model outclasses highly modernized T-90s or likes.
