First: I never understand why you 'fertile crescent' people (Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, etc) feel connected with those Peninsula Arabs. I think you guys are more civilized.

Jordan is same sh** as these Khaleejis. Lebanese feel no connection to any of these people however, they call themselves Phoenicians and get angry if you call them Arab!

Yes, I know many Lebanese (especially the christians) consider themselves as Phoenicians. Last year I was in Morocco and even there many Arabs are coming each summer to enjoy the freedom and go after Moroccan prostitute.

We are conected because we are Arabs, sth you may not understand. It is obvious you are more civilized and mature from your regime and people I have known on internet.

They are Arabs, however there isn't such thing so called "Phoenicians" in modern times. There are christian minorities who feal themselves connected more to the west, and Lebanese Shea connected to Iran more than Arabs. Those are small minorities in Arab world. While Sunni and Durz in Lebanon identify themselves as Arabs.
