Send the agreement copy and we can see. As per my sources BD wont say anything about 195 listed war criminals of west Pakistan as Pakistan assured to take action against them. And about BD internal war criminals of JI or ML there was no agreement.

I just read this article and there is no mention that either country cannot put people to trial for the war crimes and genocides.

But the below article actually talks about it, but it didn't mentioned anything from the agreement. It is quoting Mujibur Rehman's statement but nowhere it has shown the part of agreement. Plus the news source is pakistani.
