Bulgaria wants to buy 1979 build 32 F-16C blok30 from Hellenic airforce.
Egyt wants to buy 200 antique BMP-1 light tanks and one scrap Dutch Kortenaer class frigate.

1980’li yıllarda satın alınan (40 adet) ve halen envanterde 32 adet olarak gösterilen F-16C blok30 tipi savaş uçaklarından yaklaşık 20’sinin bulunduğunu yazdı. Hatta bu uçaklara Bulgaristan’ın talip çıktığını ileri sürdü. Gazete, opearasyonel durumda olmayan “Bubulina” adlı “S” tipi fırkateynin yanısıra, Rus yapısı 200 adet BMP-1 tipi hafi tankın da satış listesine konacağını kaydederek, bu tanklar ile Mısır’ın ilgilendiğini belirtti.

Source? Doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Doesn't s
Doesn't seem very credible.

Bulgaria is looking for a lightweight fighter though so that may be somewhat believable. Egypt going for ancient BMPs and frigate when it is actively introducing state of the art kit in the form of the FREMMs and Gowinds makes no sense whatsoever.

Due to Janes Defence they will given for a very attractive bargain Price, USA gave already approval. We'll see.
I am not informed about Egypts shipbuilding industry, is it possible that they can use the Dutch Kortenaer for other purposes ?

Not that I know of.

I only know that currently the Egyptian Navy is negotiating for two more Gowind Class corvettes (4 on order 3 to be built in Egypt), one FREMM, and is looking at the possibility of adding OHPs to its fleet while upgrading the ones already in service.

Going for something at the end of its service life just doesn't make sense.

Those are mostly for training, or using as targets in the training and excersizes . A frigate is so for good target to hit with torpedoes or anti ship missiles :)
And BMPs for training armoured vehicle staff .

That makes no sense to use such old frigate in navy for combat, same for aged BMPs.

Its not a purchase due to needs ot egypt but its for their alliance , Greece needs money and wants to hand over extra equipments ,no customer comes ,so Egypt buys .

I agree to you, that the Kortenaer is a good target for naval exercises. The BMP-1 s can be scrapped and used for spares, Egypt operates obviuosly a fleet of them. If Bulgaria buys the F-16 Block 25, they could be upgraded at TAI.
