Education Advice: International Relations or Development Studies?

I'm doing my bachelors in Social Sciences. I have to choose my majors now. I have shortlisted two; International Relations and Development Studies.

I'm more into IR but not too sure about IR's future prospects. I know development studies have great future prospects but thats not where my interest lies.

Does IR have a future? Will I be able to find a decent job easily (both abroad and here)? Which majors should I go for? Your advises? Also, I'm not at all interested in govt. jobs or CSS.

u can achieve decent job of second secetery by css exsam in IR office.or by pcs.
