its not Dniyal , its in the news not now but during the case hearings . this case is not maintainable as the petition can only come within 6 months after elections. secondly IK went to high court that this case is not maintainable in EC as it is time lapse now. it is still in the islamabad high court . IK has no justification of his black money.
