ECP declares 27 fake degrees as OK, on its own

Democracy in Pakistan does not work. period!

It has never been applied in it's true essence in Pakistan... how could one say Democracy in Pakistan doesn't work?

PTI is doing a great job in creating awareness at grass-root levels. These people will be rejected by the voters in the coming elections as a result of that awareness.

Does it mean Fakkhru Din is scared, If there is something going on should some sort of scare mongering and pressure should he not inform CJ. I am not in the favor of Army taking over but if Election turn out to be in favor of Allah na karay pml-n/ppp then Army should come and take over ye logg laton sey maantey hain. Another 5 Years would take Pakistan back to the period of M.A Jinnah's struggle.

Once the care-taker Government takes place, things might change including the blokes in ECP. Remember PPP/PMLN tried their level best to dissolve HEC. They didn't succeed in doing that and as a last resort they tried to remove HEC's Chairman recently. I don't really know what might have happened to the Chairman though. @Leader, any info on that bro?

Yes once the caretaker setup takes place, things would go out of PPP/PMLN hands to the caretaker prime minister.. then if ECP tries to use its powers in scrutinizing through 62,63 even caretaker primer cannot do anything about it. as he cannot amend the constitution... that is why ppp/pmln is trying to get rid of 62,63 article.

What happens if they scrap it before the caretaker setup is installed ?
Would it consolidate their grip on Pakistan or expose them for who they are ??

It depends on People how they take it...

should be challenged in SC by PTI if such amendment is carried... here PTI must built pressure and back ECP to take action on ground of loan defaulters and fake degree submission !!!

Hmmm.
If they decide to scrap it in the Parliament, then what jurisdiction would the SC have to prevent a technically legal act ?
After all, the Parliament does have the right to amend the constitution in a variety of ways...
