Syrian Arab Army helicopters threw leaflets over the villages and towns of Ghouta to inform civilians willing to leave the area about the safe corridor designated for evacuating civilians through al-Wafideen Camp. A military source said that the leaflets included the steps that the people should adopt to reach the corridor safely so that they could be transported to a temporary housing center in al-Dweer in Damascus Countryside. The source added that the helicopters are throwing leaflets on daily basis over Ghouta villages and towns to make sure they reach all civilians.

Medical facilities supported by Doctors Without Borders (MSF) have received over 1,000 dead and 4,800 wounded in Syria's Eastern Ghouta in just two weeks, the organization said in a statement.

The group said the numbers -- dating from the start of the renewed Syrian regime assault on February 18 until March 4 -- are an "underestimate" and do not include the data of all MSF-supported medical facilities or facilities not supported by the humanitarian organization.

MSF's death count was last updated on Sunday, according to Wednesday's statement. Monitoring groups have reported scores killed daily this week as activists reported "apocalyptic" scenes in the streets of Eastern Ghouta, on the outskirts of the capital Damascus.

Fifteen out of 20 MSF-supported facilities have been shelled or bombed in the continuing government offensive, according to MSF

Update: Syrian Regime, through tireless genocide, has finally managed to wipe out the entire population of Ghouta. The figures revealed by the UN and SOHR stated 800,000 women; 967,000 children; 1.1 million men (all wearing white helmets). Besides the human casualties, the regime following the model of Battle for Aleppo, has also managed to destroy at least a billion hospitals and schools in Ghouta.

Of course this does not bode well in terms of PR for the Regime, therefore they have secretly repopulated the Ghouta district with people from the Regime held areas and sent in the SAA engineering corp. to rebuild as much hospitals and schools overnight so that the Regime forces may again commence their bombing campaign and a new phase of genocide.

On the condition of anonymity, when asked about the use of chlorine, one senior SAA commander commented, "I love the smell of Chlorine in the morning"...
