What the ****. You know no **** about the case. He wasnt charged because he bought a gun from a underworld don. It was for illegal possesion of guns and that too AK-56. As per law the minimum is 5 and max is 10rs, he got 6yrs.

The amount of punishment he got for just POSSESSION is very very lame. If he had killed somebody (coughSalmancough) I'd understand. Riots were going on. The INDIAN JUSTICE system had literally aided the tearing down of the Babri Masjid by turning a blind eye to the perpetrators, causing one riot after the other.

Did anyone of those bombs that went off were linked to Sanjay Dutt? So the ONLY charge against him is possession. Possession for which he has good reason for. He is de-linked from the mumbai blasts as I see it.

It's very lame when you consider how a known criminal like Modi is free after killing 2000 Muslims and a person with possession can face jail big time. There is no Justice in this system.

Nobody is trying to convince you. It simple doesnt make any difference. Illegal possesion of arms is a very very serious issue and thats why there is specific law banning it. Well if illegal guns arnt punished, you mean to say the system should wait for it to kill somebody.

Honestly I expect better from you, I expect a seasoned forumer and moderator to know that, Minimum punishment for possessing an illegal firearm in India is 5 years and maximum punishment of 10 years.

Sanjay dutt is also indicted of destroying evidence....

6 years a fair punishment,
