Counter-battery radars is very useful. We are able to fire back on russian artillery with good accuracy before they change their position after they fired on us. Without US we would not have such systems, cause they are expensive, and we got it from US for free.

We have our own bombers to do this. What we need is some anti-radiation missiles(we probably dont have any) to suppress russian AA in rebel position and political help to change or cancel "Minsk Agreements" which forbidden any air force or high caliber land force.
