I suggest you read the thinktank report from america released just before Gen. Sharif's visit. It recommended at a minimum, withholding weapon deliveries as leverage to Pakistan for supposedly "harbouring terror". Pakistan is the sole muslim nuclear power and because of that it will always be targetted from certain "individuals" following certain "policies". Excuses to apply sanctions are plenty and they will come as soon as we are less needed.

Pakistan needs a strong representation in US, IMO. India have successfully strengthened its representation in US with passage of time but Pakistan is lagging behind in this regard.

General Raheel Sharif's visit is expected to yield positive results.

It's the latest technology available anywhere in the world.

It has the same equipment and sensors as the Apache.

It's the very best in any combat gunship available in the world.

Pakistan plans to get 15 total helicopter, plus Hellfire missiles and other assorted military equipment. It's all part of a near $1 billion order from Pakistan.

Don't know why not sign a contract for all helicopters at once. Perhaps there's an issue with payment.

According to Alan warnes on twitter, only 3 AH-1Z Viper will be delivered to Pakistan in 2017.
No further contract signed yet.

3 will come in 2017 others would come by 2019
