Sir don't worry such so called "scholars" get produced in factories by tonnes and nobody listens to them since about alcohol the prohibition is in the Holy Quran and no such thing is mentioned there...consumption of intoxicants is totally haram and there is no mention of the quantity/amount and/or whether one gets drunk or not.

Such paid or possessed scholars just try to mislead people in this world and lead them into hellfire hereafter. Basically people with disease in their hearts look for such fatawa but they fool only themselves. Allah knows what they hide and well aware of their ulterior motives.

.
So he Means To Reach That Level Where No matter how much you drink wont get you Drunk is Not haram either

it's a start.

next fatwa should make it halal proper, even if it gets you drunk. :partay:

.
Next fatwa its okay to have girlfriend but you can't be alone together.

In a sharp contradiction to what is common among Muslims, Khaled Al Gendy, a famous Islamic cleric and a member of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, stated that drinking liquor without getting drunk is not sinful.

“If the same alcoholic drink was consumed by one person without getting drunk, it is not haram, while being consumed by another person to drunkenness makes it haram [for this person],” the sheikh said, highlighting the difference between drinking liquor and getting drunk.

During a talk show on DMC TV channel, Al Gedy said that getting drunk is haram, sinful and forbidden in Islam, and all Islamic sharia laws related to the punishment apply to getting drunk as a consequence of drinking alcoholic beverages.

A drunken person is defined as one who cannot tell the bottom of a valley from its top, Al Gendy added.

According to Abo Hanifa, a renowned Islamic scholar for sharia lawmaking and often called the Great Imam, drinking alcohol without getting drunk is not sinful.

Is consuming tobacco halal or haram ??

Just curious,

Tobacco has not been mentioned in the Holy book Quran and it does not get a person a intoxicated i.e. loose his or her control and sense of discretion. So by that principles it cannot be called haram..However it is injurious to health so some of the scholars call it "Makroh" i.e. undesirable or "Makroh-e-Tehreemi" i.e. "strongly not recommended". Allah and his Prophet (ﷺ) know better
But this does not stop the govt to ban its use from public places or discourage its use by applying huge surcharges/taxes or even fines or outright ban if the situation so emerges.. A doctor can proscribe its use for his patients...etc

Can you smoke inside a masjid?

. . .
You didn't get the point.
I got your point but was trying to argue that masjid is highly respected place among us right
So we can't do many things there that we normally do just because of that respect
