What do you say? There have been exchanges between governments in the past the most recent one when US exchanged Russian spies with the American spies caught by Russians. Is it going to be a fair deal?

.
The moment you go down that path, you will be blamed that you are only doing this for getting some benefits and that charge on him is not true.

Imprison Dr Afridi and release Dr Afia

Simple :D

You can't exchange a traitor for the sake of anything

Voted NO.

Afia was charged in US under their judicial system. I respect that

Afridi was charged (Though should have given a chance to defend himself better) in Pakistani tribal court and we should respect that too.

Have you ever ponder over Indian charges?

Every day you arrest suspected people extra judicially.

You respect that?? Why?? The charges were flimsy and the alleged act happened in Afghanistan where NY court has no jurisdiction.

Its a big "NO" for this type of deal.

NO! Dr. Aafia can offer nothing to Pakistan, & a traitor like Dr. Afridi cannot be exchanged in any circumstances.

.
so you want to trade a terrorist for a hero? (each is one to opposing sides!)

if it happend in afgnistan than afghan govt should be the first to protest but if they dont have prob why do we. As it didnt happen in pakistan.

Afia is not a hero. Afridi what he did put pakistan into trouble but it wasnt all his fault. My views for afridi has changed. Whatever he did or why he did the end result was something to celebrate.

We all saw the whole Raymond Davis affair and its expectedly unexpected outcome.

well in this case we can release the traitor for the sake of Dr. Afia, she is daughter of Pakistan.

It will be better to hand this bastard over to usa, i dont even want him in Pakistan, or just hang him already.

. .
Under no circumstance must we release this traitor. The reason Americans and other enemies of Pakistan want him released is to encourage other traitors in Pakistan

absolutely. You release this one, you've basically send the message to others like him that they can be saved if they get caught, even after serious treasenous acts. Lock him up and throw away the keys.

That is actually the reason Americans want us to release Afridi not because they care about Afridi but because they want to give courage to future traitors
