If so, what happened to the much hyped Chinese aid for flood relief? China had also asked Pakistan to approach the IMF and not keep bothering it for financial aid. Pakistan finally had to approach the IMF to bail itself out. And a Sino-Pak defense pact? No way in hell! So why is Pakistan prostrating itself before China? Whither self respect?

But now it seems the grapes are turning sour!! As I mentioned earlier:

In international relations, THERE ARE NO PERMANENT FRIENDS, ONLY PERMANENT INTERESTS. Period!

And the sooner Pakistan realizes this, the better. They are being used by the Chinese as a buffer against India to protect its Southern flank. End of story!
