I suspect most of the data is quite old now. Agreed though, most countries will not share espionage evidence as it can tip off the enemy and expose what methods are used to collect evidence. CIA, NSA and FBI, for e.g. and refusing to make public the evidence they have on Russian hacking during the election season for this reason.

My concern is that it is completely pointless to make this dossier and release it to the UN, as per the previous post on this thread. It literally will not provide any benefits except for keyboard warriors to troll each other.

This is the good. Mr. Aziz is showing professionalism again. Of course we know how UN acting, and we also know how Ashraf Ghani acting when last time Mr. Aziz show professionalism as well. Both times we have moral high ground... only low ethics was shown by the other party (india and afghanistan).

We should make the obvious that india is instigating, and is in the wrong, and we are professional and ethical country. They are just scum.
