Whatever the case; they need to attack us first.
Hang on. They will not attack first. It is not in their interests to do so.
There will be no false flag. I guarantee you.
They have what they want for now.
Pakistan has a cassus belli presently but has failed to use it. Now if an insurgent attack occurs, whether real or false flag, EVERY WORLD POWER WILL condemn us and support India. Legitimate resistance is by default "terrorism" for Kashmiris against Hindustan because of the media slant. So whether false or real flag, when india attacks at that stage, the world will allow it to "pacify terrorist networks" and will not stop them whatever atrocities they commit in Kashmir and Pakistan. They already target civilians deliberately and use cluster munitions on the cease-fire line. Once again, they already target civilians and use cluster munitions and the world watches.
All this narrative building is useless as nobody cares for our narrative. We have already witnessed this!
It is better therefore to attack conventionally now on humanitarian grounds before any false or real flag attack occurs and we end up as usual on the defensive over "terrorism", trying to "deescalate" and have our legitimacy eroded because of a single insurgent attack handing the diplomatic initiative to India.
We should attack conventionally with cassus belli as it stands. Give a deadline to restore constitutional rights to Kashmir and warn them that we will take matters into our own hands after that deadline to preserve Kashmiris' basic human rights.
I know it sounds mad at first. But take it from someone who knows how duplicitous westerners are. They don't care for whose narrative is more morally upstanding. They only care for their interests. They will cheer on India's "counter strike against Islamist terror".
Need I remind you that had we lost the post balakot encounter, the whole episode would have been remembered as a straightforward Indian counter strike against a terror threat, a la Israel or USA.
Hence, we should attack India conventionally so that "terrorism" doesn't even get to be in the narrative.
