Don’t Be Alarmed But China Could Be Building A Military Base In Pakistan

.
Just to clarify there is nothing in itself being wrong with being a client state as long as the "client" recieves the full benefit of that relationship. Japan, South Korea, Singapore and to a degree UK/Germany/Turkey in Europe are client states of USA. Have a good look at South Korea and then compare it with India or Pakistan and see who is in a better position. Relationship between USA and Pak was of client state but became strained by late 1960s and both never enjoyed the same US/South Korea/Japan closeness.

Pakistan has a chance to build a similar relation that exists between USA/Japan/South Korea or USA/UK/Germany/Turkey with China. A full spectrum economic, social, political, military Sino-Pak compact would be win win for both.

.
Seems China and Pakistan realize they need to form an alliance.

You have to wonder how can America needles so many countries--Russia, China, Iran, Pakistan--and even Turkey--and not expect to lose some leverage? Didn't Obama create an 'opening' with Iran, against great domestic opposition and political risk, especially against The Lobby? That was diplomacy!

What we have now? Some people give too much credit to the American political class decision making: "They think decades in advance..blah blah". They often do. But a POTUS holds a lot of power to make adhoc decisions. There have been major deviances in policies Trump has made vs what Hillary might have made. Examples like recognizing Jerusalem, getting out of the Pacific trade agreement, getting out of the Paris Accord, trying to needle Iran again, drilling in protected lands, tax reforms for the rich, with consequences in the future, trying to get rid of Obamacare... They are major decisions with long term consequences and they are NOT well thought out.

Trump is a threat to Americans and America's interests.

As the world changes its paramount China and Pakistan sign a defence treaty - both countries will go to war for each other if attacked.

That should be enough to cheque mate indian and zionist plans for the region.

.
Thank you Pakistan for being supportive to China along with North korea. Its because of you guys world sleeps well these days.

What is a full spectrum relationship? Something akin between two brothers. Investments are made on a long term basis. The idea is you accepted that the country is your long term ally and will be with you in 4, 5 or 6 decades and accordingly the country is given massive economic help intended to lift the client to the same level as that of the host country. This therefore entails decades of continous and full social, political, economic and military investment. Because the private capital in the host country knows the client is "permanent" they will invest heavily knowing that their investment is protected by the strategic cover of host/client.

You see exactly this type of client relationship between Turkey/USA or South Korea/USA. The host will not hesitate in sharing everything including even hi-tech military technology. For instance USA will be more than happy to share F-35 technology with any of it's client states like South Korea, Turkey etc

Pakistan and China have the strategic convergence on which similar client relationship could be built. Indeed CPEC is the first plank in that direction.

This is literally adjacent to Iranian border. If Persians don't have issue, those sitting thousands of miles away need to take their pacifier and sleep.

.
The opposite of client relationship that enjoys 'permanent'* relationship is a transient relationship where two sides come together in short term mutually beneficial partneship but no investment is made that has long term maturity. This is what USA/Pakista have had.

*It being understood nothing is permanent as in forever.

Donald Trump is aggressive but not stupid.

Recognizing Jerusalem as capital of Israel seems to be an ill-advised move on his part, but then we don't know what is the objective in this case.

Trump wants to negotiate a better trade deal than NAFTA. Canada and Mexico are willing to talk.

Paris Climate Accord is nonsense. Trump is not against eco-friendly practices. However, he is against US committing to a deadline; shift should be calculative and with appropriate planning. However, US is embracing eco-friendly practices at a much higher pace then many countries. But eco-friendly practices will not stop climatic conditions from changing.

Nobody trust Iran.

Trump's Tax reforms are welcome by most. Middle Class will benefit from them.

ObamaCare is far from perfect. Even Democrats realize that it needs amendments.

Say what you want but Democrats have alienated many Americans due to their misplaced priorities. Trump wants to revive domestic industries and uplift American infrastructure. He is also taking Afghanistan and illegal migrations seriously.

Man, I appreciate your cautious tone in this forum about not confronting America---unlike some other fellows who are chest thumping constantly. But you sure do have an excuse for everything Trump says and does! Other than Fox News, do you follow other American media? Global media? About Trump? Are you that awed by him? This guy in his first year alone has landed in many controversies and there is a GOOD chance he will not even make to 2020 as POTUS. And he got around 3 million less votes than Hillary--so talk about popularity! Many people have been already alienated by him--people who voted for him. Yes, the current tax breaks are looking good--even to me--but there will be long term consequences for America because of that.

He may not be 'stupid' as we know of Forrest Gump. But his rash decision makings, his humiliating and firing his closest advisors, and indeed his policies, make him as close to being a 'stupid' as a leader can be.

Poor us, we are not yet capable of running cars with water like Pakistani scientists. If only Pakistan teach us.
poor you? or super power you? according to your president India became superpower in 2012

. .
At least our greatest president had ambition for us Indians to achieve, unlike your stupid 10% commission president. I feel ashamed to compare our great president (abdul kalam) to your disgusting presidents. World respected and revered our president.
It is your height of your delusion to even think that drunken pig can ever be compared to our pig he was as greatest as Indian shitting on street or worse as Indian defecating on railway track
