Trump has interests in several projects in India, Trump and his children met Indian business partners a week after his elections. He has no business interests in Pakistan.

Trump has met several Indian Americans and Hindus for his posts.
He recently appointed Nimrata Nikki Haley and Seema Verma as UN Ambassador & Deputy DHHS Secretary.

Trumps relationship with Pakistan and India will be independent of each other, he is bringing a paradigm shift in US policy, he is willing to enhance relations with Putin willing to back off from expansion into Russian sphere of influence in East Europe, willing to cooperate in Syria, willing to abandon TPP (damaging US economic interests) thereby giving space to China in pacific, yet at the same time he wants punitive measures against iran which is putin's ally, he is unpredictable and believes in unilateralism , his presidency will be quite different and unexpected !!!

President-elect Donald Trumpshowered Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif with praise during a phone call on Wednesday, providing a glimpse into his diplomatic strategy.

“You are a terrific guy. You are doing amazing work which is visible in every way,” Trump said on the call, according to a readoutprovided by the Pakistani government. “I am ready and willing to play any role that you want me to play to address and find solutions to the outstanding problems.”

The penchant for hyperbole that Trump often exhibited in off-the-cuff campaign speeches came through in the phone call, during which Sharif congratulated him on his election victory and invited him to visit Pakistan.

“Please convey to the Pakistani people that they are amazing and all Pakistanis I have known are exceptional people,” Trump said.

The full readout of the call, according to the Pakistani government, is below. Trump’s transition team has not released a readout.
