Not only sanctions, I have no doubt China will enter and only leave after destroying the nuclear facilities.

In 1979, China entered Vietnam to drive home the point that USSR and Vietnam alliance has no substance. A nuclear bomb would be a far big strategic game changer than an alliance between USSR and Vietnam.

Hmm, this would be horrible. Sam Harris make a case about how some factions in the world right now don't have the same logic as it was back in the Cold War by that I meant mutual destruction would prevent either side from launching the code.

We have terrorists worldwide now who would love deaths as they love lives. Since heaven is guaranteed for them.

Vietnam probably have enough security to defend their nuke. But all countries?? Consider how quickly regimes falling nowsadays. I don't know all countries having nuke would be a good idea.

If there is somehow, we can undo this invention would have been better. But reality is reality.
