Totally clueless and complety detached of reality.If actually you are interested of truth(and you are not) would know what`s going on in Russia.Go educate yourself how much loans Russia did repay 2014 without any problems.Go educate yourself how much is actual capital outflow from Russia.Go educate yourself how much money Russia still have in the foreigh reserves and in other 2 national funds. Minimal capacity...in your mind only.Russian manufacturing capacity for first time ever surpassed old USSR at its height.Just build up flats/plants/houses etc 2014 year stand up at 80 million square metres.Once again-you have zero knowledge.
Those of you who knows Russian language and want to know the truth check for example Fritz Morgen livejournal.He is currently running number of articles(at number 5 for now) covering current,upgrade and build up of new plants in all branches of manufacturing.He is talking just about big sized ones from 10 billion Rubles and up(roughly 160 million USD) there.
Russia does not need Chinese bailout.What need is ascess/deliveries or direct investment to produce the technology Russia cant acess currently from the West.Of course not for free neither at discount.
Also most probably China will be main beneficiary of future Gazprom(and soon from many more state corps) orders.For those who did miss the news-Gazprom stop using equipment and services from many Western companies.List was like 20 countries and 400-ish companies.And no doubt more state companies will follow soon.
Also there is interesting law in Russia now.All state companies and companies in which federal goverment has control stake are forbidded to buy certain equipment from the West if there is Russian equivalent.If not preference will be given ( they will encouranged) to buy from neutral and friendly countries.Here is another good opportunity for China.
