Who said has Pakistan has no sophisticated labs, please read complete thread so that discussion makes some sense to you.
I already said in opening post that Pakistan has limited capability.
Secondly, i dont think the terrorist have the level of biotechnology sophistication to build biological warfare of mass destruction, as suggested by some poster above.

Excuse me........................... my comment was to say its no rocket science as you were trying to impress that India can do it on massive scale if need arises. TTP can do it and AQ I think threatened with Anthrax?.... So let us not boast on capabilities in this area, Pakistan is not interested in deaths of civilians, only some maniac who has the capability to produce biochemical weapons in large amounts may be interested in that.

And I am yet to find any medicine formulated by commercial sophisticated labs based out pakistan that is recognized at global level.

Technology and facilities are present. Now the decision is up to WMD command to consider this as viable option. If it is used by our enemies than you never know.

You must be kidding, isnt it?
How to make anthrax is available on google, probably on ehow too.
But problem is how to get antrax spores to cultivate them.

For sure every country invests in building infrastructure to build minimum deter ant capabilities as far as possible.
Thats why i said Pakistan has limited capabilities in the field. But its not as advance as India, because india has big biotechnology commercial base which is way to advance in there field of study and probably much advance than Indian government owned labs at times, thus if required Indian government can use this base to build upon.

Let me say it in simple plain words, what I am trying to say, if India can do it so can Pakistan, but it won't.

"Jiss gali jana nahi to uss ka pata kya pochna"...............
