Mate - I suggest reading the history of India.

Here is a comparison for you - It took British numerous wars to subdue India - battle of plassey to small battles somewhere in down south where a small chieftan called Veerapandiya Kattabomman who fought valiantly against the British rule.

In comparison, it took couple of Opium wars for the mighty Qing dynasty to surrender easily.

Lying again, India Govt never made a statements of attacking Pakistan post Mumbai attack.

India can only attack Pakistan for Mumbai attacks only if Pakistani Govt was involved, so in other words you mocking India's inaction is admitting that Pakistani govt being responsible for Mumbai attacks, something even which Indian Govt has not yet claimed.
