What's new

Do I just represent the ‘honor’ of the men in my family?

Send the girls to Karate schools, let them learn self defense ............ there is always a solution to the problem.
Why not jeujitsu or even better JEw Jitsu

That's not a solution because guys will start learning Karate as well.

That would be the end of the problem (boys learning karate). Thank you for that. Healthy mind would always think positive and healthy. So it remains a solution.

Most Pakistanis that wear western clothes usually get them from landa. Or at least it looks like it.
Landa is now more expensive than new clothes wo din puranay jab awam landay mein paisey bachaney jati thi

Really? So all sportsmen have healthy minds? I can give you any number of examples where sportsmen have been found guilty of extremely perverted acts. Its all in the news.

then i can't find more desperate guys than them.i mean i won't fetch myself a glass of water unless i am dying of thirst. learning karate just to tease a trained girl is tooooooooo much effort :disagree:

Criminal activities were committed in a Country which isn't of that culture and wants exposure to face. It was a suggestion but one did not label them incorrect or 'conservative'.
-Again, I'm not taking an anti-west or anti-east approach here. I'm talking in terms of personal safety. Do you contest the fact that muslim women (especially the ones wearing hijab) have been on the receiving end of such crimes? In fact, that is exactly the one of the reasons based on which you made your other thread.

-Now apply the same principle here, plus the fact that we are sadly not as tolerant as the west. I don't understand how that advice (of wearing clothes that are culturally appropriate) doesn't apply here if it applies in the west. As far as labeling, I agree it's not right. But don't tell me that 57% (according to yougov) of the people wanting a ban on the burka are suddenly all rational actors that don't engage in any sort of labeling whatsoever.
There is Parliament for doing that. Take it there and do not be angry if Pakistani parliament ended up banning the Burka for safety reasons too amidst that debate.
I'm just someone that sits back and enjoys the show. No reason to be angry on something that doesn't effect me in any way. :P

after that she will ask to take dance classes another issue to family...
you cant solve any issue if you dont think positive. matter fact you find issues from positive things.
maybe joining army can calm these down cuz when you have aim you forget the want.

Can anyone come up with practical solution to the problem of inheritance for women?

I think we need a stricter legislation for that. Rural areas are specially prone to this kind of injustice and sadly both the left and the right have somehow ignored this problem.

True. I see Lahoris nowadays dressed like hipsters. Ripped jeans with the generic snap in buttoned plaid shirts accessorized with nerdy glasses and a cheap watch.

The unfortunate reality is that the world has such men.

Statement was in reference to something said here. Labelling happens everywhere, oh and for the record I back all those women who are victims of such hate crimes and ensure others are put in place. Please don't judge. Thanks

Shouldn't that be discussed in a separate thread?

You want me post pious looking bearded all good Muslims molesting women? Would that mean all bearded men are molesters and perverts? Exceptions would always be there, but opposing health and fitness based on your idea would be stupid
