It is based on this judgement that the sites started getting blocked. Today no ISP in India can show content from these sites including xvideos. Their licence will get revoked.

But how does that relate to this? If ISPs are banning a website, that doesn't mean indians wont visit the banned website and look for such sick content. And dont talk about blah blah about websites not being able to tell if you are from india because you can still be tracked while using vpn. Hell people got tracked while using TOR.

I think number of searches does not imply as many number of viewers. A viewer may go for searching again and again.
