Moronic conclusion u have come to. IAF always enjoyed massive numbers against PAF and yet a smaller PAF almost always came out on top. Even if we just assume PAF's stalemate against IAF in every case...that's still a point in favor of PAF and against IAF. If IAF can't come on top and establish air superiority despite enjoying such numerical superiority against its foe then it is IAF that is over hype. They took a clear advantage of numerical superiority and turned it into something completely meaningless.
