Pakistan's official name is "Islamic Republic of Pakistan".
Those lines written are actually the slogans first raised by Kashmiris where they said "Pakistaniyon say rishta kya...LA ILA HA ILLALLAH".

It is not like Pakistan claims to be secular or what and does the opposite, on the contrary india claims to be secular but is actually opposite of secular.

agree with all the above except the IVC part. IVC is spread much larger than Pakistan's current political boundary and we know nothing about the IVC to connect them to the present population - everything is a theory so far.

Nope, it was mostly concentrated in the region currently known as Pakistan, yes some parts are spread from western india and eastern Afghanistan/Iran but Pakistan was the center and cradle of the civilization.
