Dear in my personal opinion, this image seems to be fake on the following points:

• The image is of MS Excel sheet and not PIA's reservation system, anyone with good skills could compile such Excel sheet.
• The flight from London to Islamabad is PK786. In this image, PK785 is mentioned, which is from Islamabad to London.

Based upon the above-mentioned points, I doubt the health of this image.

PIA widebodies have a 2-3-2 arrangement, not six abreast. No business class of PIA goes way back until row 42.

These days even with the EU overflight ban and utilization of chartered jet services, those aircraft also do not have a 6 abreast configuration in business class. Heck, even Emirates doesn't.

Moreover, if anyone has seen a passenger manifest or load sheet, this isn't how it looks. No one is there making an excel sheet of passenger names, I assure you.
