One should not doubt Muradk credentials, However most of us were not born then so what ever knowledge most of use have are though books, media reports or Internet.
But I did read about MM Alam kills but numbers have been disputed.
Thanks for the info Sir!Very well said Goodperson you are a goodperson no doubt this is how you ask a question , I swear I am ready to tell you everything that your air force or my airforce didn't tell the common man but there is a way to ask a question. Some say he has 11 kills but facts and what we saw was 9 kills out of those 9 ,3 fell inside Indian Air Space 4 of us saw the planes on fire one exploded in air taken out by a sidewinder , the IAF pilot was very unlucky his right fuel tank got stuck, so his maneuvering capabilities were very limited MM Alam went behind him and didn't shoot and turned to his 11 to get another hunter but that pilot whos drop tank was stuck should have bugged out when he saw MM leaving him alone , Instead of disengaging he fired at MM he came back at him a fired his bullets hit the hunters left side canopy. IAF ministry of defence simply said no there were no planes down that day in 1978 someone came up with the photo time and date so he got his 6th kill confirmed after 7 years. but he did get 9 planes.
One thing I learned from him was always get into a dogfight with speed. 500kt plus so things go so fast that the enemy cant get his guns on you and you going fast can keep firing small brust and keep going in between them because in a high g turn you loose speed.
