With given history and experience of our wise elders with hindu mentality it will be stupid on our part to link India's nuclear attack on Pakistan with any incident or accident.

Actually it was the PLA bullying as usual that has assured that every nation is protected by a first no use Nuke policy except....INDIA. So the evil chinese design at world domination will not succeed. India will make it a point to appear so weak and harmless, so that the Chinese are caught of guard and given a humiliating defeat in front of the entire world. Now I sound nuts like you but as you can see this is a tit for tat policy. India shouldn't really announce any strategy, it should just make the necessary changes at the military level and fight however it likes. The flip side is that by making this public, it shows any threatening power like China that India won;t be a cake walk.
