Did Hindu-Muslim conflicts in India really start with British rule?

muslim rulers already weakened by continous fight with marathas and rajputs...
british only took that advantage ...

Correction the Mughals were weakened, had the British not been present than the fight for India would have been between the Marathas and the Mysore dynasty under Tipu Sultan who had defeated the Marathas in the Maratha Mysore war of 1787.

The Marathas were also defeated by the Durrani Empire under Ahmad Shah Abadli during the third battle of Panipat.

Whatever!
Muslims can have 4 wives and 40 children.

Learn Islam before you utter such trash reported.

abdali ne punjab ke logo par bara zulm kia tha .

bulle shah sufi kahta hai " khata pita lahe da baqi ahmad shahe da " durrani sab kuchh loot leta tha punjabion ka izzat bhi.

It somehow existed before the british rule but the british were the ones who fueled it for their own advantage.

you should be thankful to british without them hindus would have been slaves under muslims.
did you pull that out of your *** or what? Read the article again marathas had nearly destroyed the mughals completely if not for the british, muslims as power would have never survived in India by 19th century.

Tipu Sultan who had defeated the Marathas in the Maratha Mysore war of 1787.
.
Thats a bit strange why would defeated ones pay tribute.

Maratha-Mysore war ended in April 1787, following the finalizing of treaty of Gajendragad, as per which, Tipu Sultan of Mysore was obligated to pay 4.8 million rupees as a war cost to the Marathas, and an annual tribute of 1.2 million rupees, In addition to returning all the territory captured by Hyder Ali.[3][4] Tipu also agreed to pay 4 year's arrears of the tribute, which Mysore owed to the Marathas, which Tipu's father, Hyder Ali had undertaken to pay.[5]

did you think with your a$$ mughals were not the only muslim ruling subcontinent remember tipu sultan think before commenting.

.
No, it started when pirates were attacking Muslim ships and kidnapping our women, but one of them got away and called in the Khilafah.

Hindustan opened up the gates of hell and has regretted it ever since.
What were Arabian women doing on those trade ships may I ask?
Arabian women spend their lives living in the janankhaneh they seldom go on sea adventures
They are treated like their husband's property and seldom step foot outside their house ,let alone a trade ship!
Arabians took Sindh for its treasure ,as it was one of the richest provinces of india

Muslims have always known that we are two different diametrically opposed nations. Pakistan+Kashmir is the logical conclusion of the Northwest of former British India. We don’t know about Bangladesh, Hyderabad, Lakshadweep, Western Gujurat, UP areas with Muslim majorities but India could have a few more partitions in its future.

Quran states that the most in enmity to Muslims are the idolaters (of which only Hindus are left) and the Jews (state of Israel.) Modi has proven correct the Quran’s statement.

We were far too tolerant the first time we ruled Hindustan. We see the result today with attacks even on the Taj Mahal. The next time we rule Hindustan (Khurasan army, Ghazwat Hind,) we won’t be as accommodating to Hinduism’s idolatrous mob violence.

Go read and learn your history than and be sure next time to turn off your bhakt firewalls from tuning out factual information shall we:

"The Maratha-Mysore War ended after the Maratha's faced defeat in the final conflict during the Siege of Bahadur Benda in January 1787, and later settled for peace with the victorious kingdom of Mysore, to which Tipu Sultan obliged with the signing of the treaty of Gajendragad, in April 1787."

Tipu Sultan agreeing to pay tribute could be because of several reasons, one being that he was facing multiple enemies spearheaded by the British who he had defeated multiple times prior (First and Second Anglo-Mysore Wars) but the fact remains that he agreed to pay tribute to end the hostilities after defeating the Marathas in open battle.
