Did DG ISI telephoned directly to Ajit Doval in Feb 2019!!

We have heard most things about Pakistan V India tussles and airstrikes against each other in Feb 2019.

In today's video, Sabir Shakir has revealed that after 27th Feb 2019 air strikes by Pakistan, Indians started to deploy missiles against Pakistan. They issued threats to target some specific areas in Sialkot, Bhawalpur and in Karachi.

According to Sabir Shakir, ISI Chief directly telephoned to Indian national security adviser Ajit Doval, and told him that if you target 3 places in Pakistan, we in response would select 9 different targets in India.

Has anyone ever disclosed this direct telephone call to Doval by ISI Chief!!
This is a big revelation.

But Indira's and Rajiv's deaths were insignificant in the scheme of things. Zia's death slowed (if not halted) the Pakistani nuclear programme and also made way for Benazir who gave away all classified information about Khalistani terrorists.

I have stated two facts. Which one do you call incorrect?

OR

That Benazir gave away all classified information to Indians?

The second seems plausible to me because the anti-CAA protests were quelled by similar tactics.

Pak nuclear program was completed in Bhutto era, nuclear device was ready. In Zia era Pak build and modified more facilities.
