An or any economy is not like forecasting weather. Even weather forecaster cannot predict the weather tomorrow, how it is possible to predict an economy 13 yrs from now. So, let the time arrive first. In the meantime, we should keep on learning how many potentially great economy failed to achieve the desired growth in the past immediately after the 2nd WWII, but some other countries came forward. Even today's India economy is not faring well. It is something like a 5.3% growth there, although many predicted more than 10% growth. So, economy is not really a pure chemistry or science result of which can be predicted.
