am sure my post was as respectful as it could be.
Talking about than i have said that APC was parked outside the jail and belonged to elite police. if this was the case, than it should have been mentioned in official report of govt, but it wasn't.

that could be a possibility, but still how they managed to run away all into their holes in FATA without being countered is just simply making no sense.

When KPK government froze the law and order budget to 23 Billion, I expressed concerns on under allocation for security. It didn't make sense to freeze the security budget in a province which lies on the front lines in war against insurgency. Its high time that KPK government should start treating spending on police force as an investment. Hire talented youth, train them on modern lines, compensate them on market basis and equip them with modern equipment. No force can better counter local insurgency than police since police's network operates locally and is 1)More informed and 2) Is aware of local environment and thus is better suited for breaking local militancy networks. Because as long as the media will keep reporting incidents like DI Khan Jail, both international as well as local investors will keep distance from the province. And there is no better long term cure to militancy than economic development.
