Thought it was outside, in the outskirts. I don't think it's in Dhaka city. Someone who lives in Dhaka will be able to tell.

Outskirts of Dhaka...kind of like how, those of us who grew up in Dhanmondi used to look at Uttara as being outside Dhaka...

Outskirts! To the NorthEast o Dhaka. Coming together nicely, it will be exciting to the final product.

So not in the city. So it can be a whole, different, better city itself in the future. Since it's on the North eastern side of Dhaka, its closer for us from Sylhet to visit and travel times slightly quicker then to Dhaka city but thats just to the city border, once your in Dhaka the traffic will mostly likely take another hour from you, making it longer!.
Hope Purbachal has good connections with other major cities of each divisions. I read somewhere it will have capacity to house 8-12 million people and more (if needed). That's great news, I'm sure people from every region will have a flat or two in this future capital city, I know I'll try investing in Purbachal with my people backhome.
