DG ISPR on ICJ verdict: another 27th February for india...another surprise day!

Dude. The statement is right there. Do you want to read us out for you? From what part did you even infer that! Lol.

The death sentence has to be put on hold until the review is done in a proper way with consular access.

No, they asked for a review. They never said anything of that sort.

Look at the statement posted by Areesh, read it again. Otherwise I will right it here and bold it for you.

Selective lol, I pasted the entire Operative clause section of the judgement doc

Which states that ICJ has jurisdiction over bla bla bla.

And that Pakistan was in violation of bla bla convention which grants consular access.

Which means court finds it in favor of india that he will be granted consular access.

And all other requests by India were rejected.

No mate. You selectively posted a small part of that verdict and conveniently missed the part where ICJ rejected your appeals and claims :)

I like the fact you had to read it twice to get it through your head : )

Don't rely on twitteratis

Looks like you got serious comprehension issues. This is neither a victory to Indian nor Pak and will prolong

It's kind of a victory for us. Sure u get consular access but we just managed to parade a spy in front of world and AFTER telling everyone we got ur spy, Pakistan gets to execute him (soon TM), how cool is that!?

I did not. There were certain claims by both sides which've been rejected. I posted the entire Operative Clause statement from pg.12-14 of the document

Lets simplify it, shall we? You read it, I read it other, some others read it, but not everyone read it. So lets summarize it in straight points here on, and we will see if we can agree on it : )

4 years and counting, y'all should've executed him by now if that's the case

The claims of Pakistan do not stand, the official narrative changed over the time in pakistan. The judgement came when Pakistan officially said that they no longer run military courts.

It is a sham judicial system and sham court.
Say it on top of your lungs but it won't change the reality .
The trail si not going to happen again.
They might take a review to it.
And the evidence is so strong that take him to any adalat in pakistan he would be hand .

Practically speaking United Nations has rejected Pakistani and Kashmiri appeals and claims too for plebiscite. They are saying, "We don't care but we won't say so. Settle it by fighting each other."
